Cargo Van Rental for Small Businesses

On-demand cargo capacity when you need it.

A van you need twice a month is a terrible thing to own. Insurance, registration, maintenance, parking and a payment all run whether it moves or not — and the first van is the hardest purchase a small business makes.

Renting turns that fixed cost into a line item you only pay on days you earn from it. Pick up a work-ready van for four hours to do a delivery, a day to set up an event, or a week when a big order lands. Shelving, protection and lighting come standard, so you are not building out a cargo area you do not own.

It also scales the other direction: if the volume becomes steady, a membership program with included days and an exclusive rate is usually cheaper than the first van payment — and you can walk away month to month.

What goes in the van

  • Product inventory and stock runs
  • Event, market and pop-up setups
  • Customer deliveries and installs
  • Equipment for off-site work
  • Supply runs that do not fit a car

Why it matters

What the upfit does for small businesses

Shelving, floor and wall protection, tie-downs and interior lighting are standard on every van — here is why they matter on your jobs.

  • Pay only when it earns

4-hour rentals from $149 mean a two-hour delivery does not cost you a whole day, let alone a monthly payment.

  • Looks like a real operation

A clean, work-ready van in front of a customer’s house says something a borrowed pickup does not.

  • Room to grow

When twice a month becomes twice a week, memberships give you included days and priority booking without buying anything.

Having cargo vans equipped with shelving makes my deliveries more efficient. Flexible terms, no long-term commitment — a van when the route needs one.

Questions we get from your trade

What's included in the rental price?

Every rental includes a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit with floor and wall protection, interior LED lighting, tie-down points, maintenance, roadside assistance, and generous mileage allowances: 150 miles for 4-hour rentals, 300 miles for daily rentals, and 1,500 miles for weekly rentals. No mileage charges within these limits.

Are there mileage charges?

No mileage charges within our generous allowances: 150 miles (4-hour), 300 miles (daily), or 1,500 miles (weekly). Additional mileage beyond these limits is available at a per-mile rate.

Do I need to bring my own insurance?

A valid license (21+) and proof of commercial or business auto coverage are required — same as any commercial rental.

What's the minimum rental period?

We offer flexible rentals starting at 4 hours. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates provide better value for longer rentals.
