Cargo Van Rental for HVAC Contractors

Perfect for equipment transport and service calls.

South Florida HVAC work is seasonal in the worst way: the phone rings hardest exactly when every van you own is already booked. Buying a fifth van for a four-month peak means carrying a payment, insurance and maintenance for twelve. Renting a work-ready van for the weeks that are actually busy is how you take the calls without the carry.

Our high-roof Sprinter is the one HVAC crews ask for. You can stand up inside to pull fittings and line sets, condensers and air handlers ride against protected walls instead of bare metal, and the shelving keeps capacitors, contactors and copper where you left them.

Rent by the day when a tech is doubling up, by the week during peak, or take a membership program if the spikes are predictable. Flat rate, mileage included, and the van comes back to us for maintenance — not to your shop.

What goes in the van

  • Condensers and air handlers
  • Line sets, copper and fittings
  • Ductwork and flex
  • Recovery machines, gauges and vacuum pumps
  • Replacement parts inventory for the day’s calls

Why it matters

What the upfit does for hvac contractors

Shelving, floor and wall protection, tie-downs and interior lighting are standard on every van — here is why they matter on your jobs.

  • Stand-up height changes the workday

A high roof means pulling parts standing up instead of crawling over a load forty times a day. On a six-call day that is real time back.

  • Wall protection saves the equipment

Coils and cased units dent if they ride against bare metal on I-95. Floor and wall protection plus tie-down points keep units square and undamaged.

  • Shelving keeps the small stuff findable

Contactors, capacitors and fittings live on shelves instead of rolling under a condenser. Fewer trips back to the supply house.

VansKing's cargo van rental service is perfect for our HVAC business. Having high-roof Sprinter vans available on demand lets us handle peak season without buying more vehicles.
