Cargo Van Rental for General Contractors

Flexible fleet for project-based work.

Contracting work arrives in lumps. Three jobs overlap, then nothing for a month, then a punch list that needs two trucks for three weeks. Owning for the peak means paying for the valley — renting matches the fleet to the schedule.

These vans go out ready for a jobsite: shelving, floor and wall protection, tie-down points, interior LED lighting. Finished materials, fixtures, millwork and tools ride protected, and the high-roof Sprinter takes long material inside where the weather and the sticky fingers cannot reach it.

Take a van for the duration of a project, add one for a superintendent running between sites, or keep one on a monthly rate through a long build. Flat rates, mileage included, business billing available.

What goes in the van

  • Fixtures, millwork and finish materials
  • Power tools and site equipment
  • Punch-list materials across multiple sites
  • Samples and mock-ups for client meetings
  • Small demo debris runs

Why it matters

What the upfit does for general contractors

Shelving, floor and wall protection, tie-downs and interior lighting are standard on every van — here is why they matter on your jobs.

  • One van, many trades

Shelving and tie-downs mean the same van works for a plumber Monday and a finish carpenter Tuesday without rebuilding the load.

  • Protect the expensive stuff

Finish materials are the last thing you want to reorder. Padded walls and protected floors keep them installable.

  • Flex with the schedule

Day, week or month with no commitment — the fleet matches the job list instead of the other way around.

The floor and wall protection is a game-changer for contractors. We can load equipment without worrying about damage, and the interior lighting means we can work early mornings and late evenings.

Every rental includes a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit with floor and wall protection, interior LED lighting, tie-down points, maintenance, roadside assistance, and generous mileage allowances: 150 miles for 4-hour rentals, 300 miles for daily rentals, and 1,500 miles for weekly rentals. No mileage charges within these limits.

Are there mileage charges?

No mileage charges within our generous allowances: 150 miles (4-hour), 300 miles (daily), or 1,500 miles (weekly). Additional mileage beyond these limits is available at a per-mile rate.

Do I need to bring my own insurance?

A valid license (21+) and proof of commercial or business auto coverage are required — same as any commercial rental.
