Cargo Van Rental for Landscaping Companies

Extra capacity during peak season.

Most landscaping outfits run trailers, and trailers are right for mowers. What a trailer does not do is lock, stay dry, or keep an irrigation parts inventory organized — which is why crews doing installs, irrigation service and maintenance accounts keep a van in the mix.

An enclosed van means blowers, trimmers and hand tools are out of the afternoon downpour and out of sight overnight. Shelving turns a box of fittings, heads, valves and controllers into an actual parts department, and floor protection means soil, mulch and fertilizer are not eating the floor.

Season is the real use case here. Take a van for the busy weeks, add a second for a big install, and hand the keys back when the schedule levels out. Weekly rates start at $139/day with 1,500 miles included.

What goes in the van

  • Blowers, trimmers and hedgers
  • Irrigation heads, valves and controllers
  • Hand tools and small equipment
  • Fertilizer, soil amendments and bagged material
  • Plant material for install days

Why it matters

What the upfit does for landscaping companies

Shelving, floor and wall protection, tie-downs and interior lighting are standard on every van — here is why they matter on your jobs.

  • Dry and locked

Afternoon storms and overnight parking are both solved by an enclosed cargo area. Nothing rusts and nothing walks off.

  • Floor protection earns it here

Soil, mulch, fertilizer and wet equipment go straight in. Protected floors and walls clean up instead of corroding.

  • Shelved irrigation inventory

Heads, nozzles, fittings and glue on shelves means a repair call gets fixed on the first visit.

The floor and wall protection is a game-changer for contractors. We can load equipment without worrying about damage, and the interior lighting means we can work early mornings and late evenings.
