1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of VansKing Rentals ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all users of our website and rental services.

2. Rental Services

VansKing Rentals provides commercial cargo van rental services in South Florida. Our services include:

• Short-term and long-term cargo van rentals (4-hour, daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Fully equipped commercial vehicles with floor and wall protection
• Maintenance and roadside assistance during rental periods
• Optional add-on equipment and services

3. Eligibility and Requirements

To rent a vehicle from VansKing Rentals, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Provide proof of commercial auto insurance or business insurance coverage
• Provide valid identification and business information
• Meet our credit and background check requirements (if applicable)

4. Rental Agreement

Each rental is subject to a separate rental agreement that will be provided at the time of rental. The rental agreement will specify the rental period, vehicle details, pricing, mileage allowances, and other terms specific to your rental. These Terms supplement, but do not replace, the rental agreement.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is as follows:

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Rental rates include the specified mileage allowances as stated in our pricing
• Additional mileage beyond the included allowance will be charged at the per-mile rate specified in your rental agreement
• Payment is required at the time of rental or as otherwise specified in your rental agreement
• We accept major credit cards and may require a security deposit

6. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

You agree to:

• Use the vehicle only for lawful commercial purposes
• Operate the vehicle in compliance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Not use the vehicle for racing, towing (unless specifically authorized), or any illegal activities
• Not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, or contraband
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted
• Not smoke in the vehicle

7. Insurance and Liability

You are required to maintain valid commercial auto insurance or business insurance that covers the rental vehicle. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle, third-party property damage, and personal injury that occurs during your rental period, subject to the terms of your insurance policy and rental agreement. VansKing Rentals is not liable for any loss or damage to your personal property left in the vehicle.

8. Damage and Repairs

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear. If the vehicle requires repairs due to damage, misuse, or negligence, you will be charged for the cost of repairs, loss of use, and administrative fees. Normal maintenance and mechanical failures are covered by VansKing Rentals during the rental period.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

10. Late Returns and Extensions

Vehicles must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges. If you need to extend your rental, you must contact us in advance to confirm availability and pricing. Unauthorized extensions may result in additional fees.

11. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Transporting passengers for hire (unless specifically authorized)
• Using the vehicle outside the United States without prior written authorization
• Subleasing or transferring the vehicle to another party
• Using the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Any use that violates local, state, or federal laws

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VansKing Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VansKing Rentals, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
